Guidelines for using our extension and services.

By installing and using the Smart Suite Chrome extensions (including Alarm Manager, Reminders, and YouTube Playlist Manager), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extensions immediately.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extensions for their intended purposes: time management, task organization, and media curation. Free users are limited to a specific number of active items (reminders, alarms, or playlists) as defined within each app. Premium users unlock additional features upon purchase of a valid license.
Premium features are available via one-time payments as specified below. Purchases are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy.
You are responsible for maintaining the local backups of your data. Since we do not host your data on our servers, we cannot recover lost tasks or alarms if your browser profile is deleted or corrupted.
The Extension is provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any missed appointments, deadlines, or lost productivity resulting from technical failures or the use of this extension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Smart Suite extensions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the extensions.
