By installing and using the "Alarm & Reminder" extension (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides alarm clock and reminder features directly within the Chrome browser. Core features include alarm settings, weekday repetition, and audio notifications. These features may change, be updated, or be improved over time to enhance the user experience.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Extension for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Restrictions: You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Extension, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

4. Premium Membership & Payments

We offer a Premium upgrade that unlocks additional features such as AI Voice Messages, custom MP3 uploads, and exclusive animated icons. Payments are handled securely through Lemon Squeezy.

• License Keys: A single license key is valid for use by one user. License keys are delivered to your email after purchase.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's policies and are subject to our discretion. Please contact us for support before requesting a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and software code are the property of the Alarm & Reminder team. You may not use any of our brand assets or designs without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any missed appointments, missed deadlines, or losses resulting from the Extension failing to fire an alarm due to technical issues, computer failure, or browser restrictions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to disable any license key if these terms are violated.
